If you are due with your baby and are feeling a bit nervous about what is to come then this workshop will certainly put you at ease. Hosted by three top parenting experts, you will receive the answers to all of the following ‘new baby’ baby questions:
How will my body feel after giving birth and how do I look after it? (will that first poo really hurt?)
How do I look after an episiotomy/ C-Section wound?
What will happen to my periods?
Contraception and sex - how does that work now?!
How will I feel emotionally? And what’s the difference between baby blues and post natal depression?
How can I make my partner feel involved with the baby?
Should I breastfeed or bottle feed?
When do I get my baby into a routine and how?
How much will my baby sleep (and will I ever sleep again?)
What baby equipment will make my life easier for the newt couple of months?
